Some models are available for pre-order to give you exclusive access to our new products before their official launch.

When pre-ordering:

• You reserve your room in advance
• It is made in limited quantities, especially for you.
• You enter your payment method and confirm your pre-order, but you are only debited when your order is actually sent.
• You accept that delivery times may be longer than usual.

In this case, your entire order will be shipped in one shipment, as soon as the pre-ordered item is available in our stock.

To receive your available items faster, we recommend placing two separate orders.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to make a return.

For this to be accepted, the articles must be:

• new, unworn, unwashed.
• without makeup stains, perspiration or other signs of wear
• returned in their original packaging with the labels intact

Klarna is a payment service that allows customers to make instant purchases payable in 3 equal installments every 30 days, starting from the date of purchase.

2. Waist: At its narrowest point, just above the navel.
3. Hips: At the widest point of your pelvis.
4. Legs: from waist to heel, following the natural curve.
5. Arms: from shoulder to wrist, arm relaxed.
